Functional Training

Think about the demographic with the most beautiful bodies?  Athletes.  They don’t sit on machines and just focus on pushing and pulling weights.  They work on footwork, speed, power, strength… you name it they do it.  That’s what we’ll do with you.  Don’t worry, I’m going to progress you step by step.  I know some things will make you feel silly but I promise there’s a professional athlete out there doing the same thing.  Some of the exercises will feel weird at first, but over time you’ll be amazed at how well your body can do them.  Just don’t be intimidated and try your hardest and you’ll have the body of an athlete soon.
