I’m sure you’ve heard changing your middle section is all dependent on nutrition. Well, not quite. Our cores have become our weakest part thanks to our sedentary lifestyles. We’ve now discovered that our core muscles are the secret to our strength. No this doesn’t mean just crunches, in fact your hips are a huge part of your core as well. The problem with core training is it doesn’t burn nearly as many calories which is why you’ll see it at the end of your workouts. Just like all other exercises I continue to progress you into harder and harder core exercises which will leave you with a tighter and more defined core and more importantly stronger stabilizer muscles for the rest of your full body exercises.
