As soon as I wake up: 16 Ounces Evolution Celery Glow Juice

My Coffee Substitute:

1 Scoop of Teechino Maca Chocolate (No Caffeine)

1 Scoop of Crio Bru Ecuador Roast (No Caffeine)

1 Scoop of Amy Myers Collagen Protein

Big Glass of Lemon Ice Water with 2 Immune Boosting Tinctures (Red Clover, Cat’s Claw)

Breakfast:

1 Cup of Elizabeth Granola Original and Almond Milk

Snack: Green Smoothie

1 Cup Suja Mighty Dozen

3/4 Cup Pineapple or Mango

Handful of Fresh Cilantro

Heaping Teaspoon of Spirulina

Heaping Teaspoon of Barley Grass Powder

Lunch:

Small 300 Cal Meal:

1 Protein, 1 Veggie, 1 Complex Carb (See my Social Media for Meal Ideas)

Tea:

Chaga Mushroom or Raspberry Leaf Tea with 2 Immune Boosting Tinctures (Lemon Balm, L Lysine)

Snack: Berry Smoothie

1/2 Cup Berries

1/2 Cup Frozen Banana

3/4 Cup Orange Juice

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

1 Heaping Teaspoon of Beet Powder

1 Heaping Teaspoon of Tumeric

1 Heaping Teaspoon of Dragon Fruit Powder

Dinner:

1 Protein, 1 Veggie, 1 Complex Carb (See Social Media for Meal Ideas)

If I am still hungry and have a sweet tooth (2-3x/week):

1 Delicious Chocolate Protein Shake:

1 Package Juice Plus Chocolate Protein Powder

1 Cup Almond Milk

Handful of Ice Cubes

1 Cup Frozen Bananas

2 Spoonfuls of Peanut Butter
