Constant Progression

Most programs just give you a list of exercises and expect you to do these same exercises over and over again.  The only progression is increasing the weights and reps which will leave you burnt out, bored and most likely injured at some point.  This program will instead take the last group of exercises you’ve done and progress you to the next group of more challenging exercises.  This is going to help break any plateaus and leave you amazed at what your body can do well.  By the end of the year you will have learned hundreds of new exercises but you will have had plenty of time to practice and perfect each one.
