So my other favorite night time treat these days is grapefruit.
I've had sleep problems for years. Not because I'm not exhausted, just because it's really hard for me to shut my brain off. But it turns out that good sleep is like really important to your health... wish I had known thay through my 20's 🤦‍♀️
I hear a lot about "accepting ourselves."
Perfect little pre-workout snack or running around with your head chopped off treat!
My wonderful husband leaves me at least one of these notes every single week. I love them all so much I think I've kept every one.
For the past 9 months I've been focusing on letting my body heal for the crazy 10+ years of non-stop going that led to adrenal fatigue.
