Strength isn’t the only important concept in fitness level.  Getting that heart rate up and keeping it up is equally as important to burn fat and lean down.  Otherwise you’ll start to look bigger and you’ll still have a layer of fat over those toned muscles.  All parts of this program incorporate high intensity or what I like to call metabolic training.  This is what will lean you down and shed fat fast.  The coolest thing is we’ll do it by incorporating multiple strength exercises together so that you also get the muscle toning aspect with it.  Your goal will be to rest as little as possible to get the best results fast.
